Hochzeit in Afrika – ein bisschen Chaos, viel Sonne und Geschichten fürs Leben

Ich erinnere mich noch an diesen Moment, als die Braut im flirrenden Licht stand und plötzlich ein kleiner Junge, barfuß, mit einer Cola in der Hand quer durchs Bild rannte. Erst dachte ich: Katastrophe! Aber dann lachten alle, sogar die Braut, und genau das war es – dieses unperfekte, lebendige, das den Tag so unvergesslich machte. Mal ehrlich, wer will schon eine Hochzeit, die aussieht wie aus einem Katalog, glattgebügelt bis zur Langeweile?

Wenn man in Afrika heiratet, passiert sowieso immer irgendwas Unerwartetes. Ein Ziegenbock, der neugierig am Blumenbogen knabbert. Ein Sonnenuntergang, der aussieht, als hätte ihn jemand extra mit Photoshop bearbeitet. Oder dieser eine Onkel, der eigentlich nur still in der Ecke sitzen wollte und plötzlich mit Trommlern mittanzt. Manchmal frage ich mich, ob nicht genau das den Reiz ausmacht – die Mischung aus Planung und Abenteuer, aus Kontrolle und Hingabe ans Leben.

Natürlich, Organisation muss sein. Niemand möchte, dass die Gäste unter der Hitze zusammenklappen oder dass der Kuchen im Sand versinkt. Aber ganz ehrlich: Wer sich für Afrika entscheidet, entscheidet sich auch für das große Ganze – für Landschaften, die fast surreal wirken, für ein Licht, das jedes Foto zu Kunst macht, und für ein Fest, das die Leute noch Jahre später erzählen. Und ja, es ist nicht billig, nicht immer einfach, manchmal sogar ein bisschen verrückt. Doch wer schon mal erlebt hat, wie ein „Ja-Wort“ am Strand klingt, während irgendwo in der Ferne Trommeln schlagen, der weiß, dass es das wert ist.

Und jetzt mal ein kleiner Seitensprung – im übertragenen Sinne, versteht sich. Ich habe kürzlich einen Artikel über casino ohne 1 euro limit gelesen. Klingt erstmal ganz weit weg von Hochzeiten, oder? Aber irgendwie passt es: Freiheit, weniger Einschränkungen, mehr Möglichkeiten. Genau wie bei einer afrikanischen Hochzeit, wo man die Regeln ein bisschen beugt, um Platz für das echte Leben zu schaffen.

Am Ende bleibt nicht das perfekt gefaltete Serviettenmuster im Kopf. Sondern das Lachen, die schiefen Töne beim Singen, die kleinen Pannen. Und dieses Gefühl, dass das Leben selbst für einen Moment die Regie übernommen hat.

Course Contents:

This course is based upon International Standard and emphasis on the Plan – Do – Check – Act (PDCA) continual improvement framework and incorporates energy management into everyday organizational practices, In the context of energy management, the PDCA approach is outlined as follows:

  • Overview of Energy management system It covers what, why and how about Energy Management systems. It also includes goals, scope, overview and benefits of EnMS and overall awareness and introduction to energy management standards and PDCA cycle with summary for EnMS
  • Definitions It covers Definitions for Energy, objectives, ENMS, targets etc to understand energy related terminology
  • Energy management system requirements It covers details of all EnMS requirements like Energy Policy, Planning, Energy Objectives and targets, action plan, operational controls, and documentation, Nonconformance and Corrective and Preventive Actions etc.
  • EnMS Documentation It covers need of documents, definition and 4-tier documentation structure. It also covers list of all documents, Procedures and records required as per EnMS standards.
  • Plan: conduct the energy review and establish the baseline, energy performance indicators (EnPIs), objectives, targets and action plans necessary to deliver results that will improve energy performance in accordance with the organization’s energy policy;
  • Do: implement the energy management action plans;
  • Check: monitor and measure processes and the key characteristics of operations that determine energy performance against the energy policy and objectives, and report the results;
  • Act: take actions to continually improve energy performance and the EnMS..
